Hawks and Gulls

The above pieces of physical art, hawks and gulls and cosmic lens, were made using a method I developed independently. These are some of a group of discarded pieces that I found and built upon. I start by modifying to create a more consistent contrast on which I laser engrave another image. This process superimposes the new image over top, exposing the method used to create the original piece underneath.
